Insulate Britain are blocking the A40 in West London and they have also glued themselves to a road near to the Dartford tunnel and the M25.
On the A40 in West London dozens of these so called eco-Protesters sat in the middle of the road with rush hour traffic of people trying to get work could be seen backed up for miles.
They are demanding that the government insulates all homes across the UK by 2030 and they will continue to defy the High Court injunction which seems quite pointless thus far.
The super injunction was granted to National Highways on Monday which bans the group from protesting on any strategic road network in England or they could face a fine and or a prison sentence.
No one has been sent to prison and the police have made a total of 690 arrests and some 150 people have taken part in causing chaos across road networks.
An activist from Cambridge, Suzie, 47 gave a rather bizarre statement, she said, “If going to prison and losing my home is what it takes to get the government to do the right thing and cut our carbon emissions then it’s a price worth paying.
“I can’t be a bystander while this government betrays the public, our children and future generations by failing to defend our country from the climate crisis.”
