The former glamour model Katie Price has failed to attend her bankruptcy court case in London on Tuesday and an arrest warrant has been issued.

Price, 46, has been told previously that if she fails to attend court she risks being arrested and her “liberty is on the line.”

At an hearing in February Price was ordered to pay 40% of her income per month from the OnlyFans adult entertainment site.

Price ordered to pay her monthly income to a trustee in relation to her bankruptcy for the next three years.

Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton said on Tuesday that the former glamour model has been given “very clear warnings” after she failed to attend.

Judge Burton added, “It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.

“She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing. The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.”

In November 2019 she was declared bankrupt and again in March over an unpaid £750,00 unpaid tax bill, at the time she once again missed the court hearing as she was “dealing with serious stuff.”

Barrister Darragh Connell, representing the trustee for the former glamour model, said in court on Tuesday Price will be detained in order to ensure she does not miss further court hearings, he added, she will “not be kept in custody for a long period of time.”

He added, “Her liberty is on the line, but unfortunately we are at the end of the road in relation to this matter.”
