Rush hour misery as severe tube disruption affects thousands

Severe disruptions have hit three London underground lines on Wednesday morning, thousands of passengers travelling on Victoria, Piccadilly and District lines were hit by chaos.

Victoria line has reported severe delays across the whole line, while the Victoria line was suspended between Victoria and Brixton, due to a signal failure.

Engineers are fixing a train at Ealing Common and the Piccadilly line is suspended between Acton Town and Uxbridge. The district line is also suspended between Ealing Broadway and Turnham Green.

TfL have advised passengers their tickets will be accepted on Southeastern trains and buses.
