2nd Apr 19 12:46 pm

According to the BBC’s political editor, there are suggestions that Theresa May has been told she will not be allowed to bring a fourth vote back to Parliament over her Brexit deal.

John Bercow MP and Speaker of the House of Commons previously said there needs to be significant changes made to the PMs deal before it can be bought back.

Steve Barclay MP the Brexit ministers revealed that May could bring her deal back later this week for a fourth vote.

Laura Kuenssberg, BBC’s Political Editor said on Twitter, “Whispers this morning that clerks in Commons have made it clear to govt that Bercow would not allow them to bring back the deal for another vote – one source says this is a ‘BIG PROBLEM’

“BUT Speakers office says not decided yet -let’s see.”
