Planned London Underground strike action by Aslef members for 8 April and 4 May has now been called off.

After a series of meetings with Acas the union has received proposals which resolved the main issues around the dispute.

An official said, โ€œManagement have confirmed that they have disbanded their โ€˜Trains Modernisationโ€™ team and will not be implementing their plans to change driversโ€™ working arrangements without agreement.

โ€œThey have also agreed to reinstate annual refresher training stopped during the pandemic.โ€
