Fraser Group who owns Sports Direct has confirmed they do not “intend to make an offer” for Revolution Beauty.
Mike Ashley’s company had been mulling a possible takeover for the troubled cosmetics retailer after Revolution Beauty put itself up for sale last month.
Fraser Group said they were “one of a number of parties conducting due diligence” prior to making any decisions.
