Unilever who make Marmite and Ben & Jerry’s said their move to a single London headquarter will be complete by November.
Unilever confirmed the move will end its Anglo-Dutch structure and expect to complete the switch over to one corporate and legal HQ over the weekend of 21 and 22 November.
Unilever said the switch to a single legal structure will provide a “greater strategic flexibility,” which will allow for more takeovers and demergers.
The consumer goods group employs around 6,000 staff in the UK and some 2,500 in the Netherlands.
