The social media app, Instagram crashed last night causing world wide outage for almost 800m users, first problems hit the UK around midnight.
Instagram confirmed the app was experiencing problems due to maintenance support.
Instagram said on Twitter, “We have an ongoing server maintenance right now.
“Please bear with us and we’re sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause you.”
