Executive who was acquitted in Court sues Tesco for unfair dismissal

Chris Bush who was acquitted of Fraud charges for false accounting bought against him by the Serious Fraud Office, is to sue supermarket giant Tesco for unfair dismissal.

Bush and his co-defendant, John Scouler who was the former UK food commercial director of Tesco were cleared by Judge, Sir John Royce in December 2018.

A spokesperson for Tesco said, “We will strongly defend this claim, but cannot otherwise comment on a legal matter.”
