Home furnishing retailer, Dunelm defies the trend in retail by raising its annual profit forecast for the second time two months.
In April, the company reported expected profit to be around £120m but on Thursday announced it expects to report pretax profit of between £124m and £126m as a result of like-for-like sales growing in May and June due to the warm summer weather.
The company which sells home furnishing products from more than 170 out of town stores has also invested in its core digital offering as part of a shift in strategy following the appointemnt of Nick Wilkinson in 2017.
