Spain’s unemployment soars to 3.8m over lockdown

Spain’s unemployment has hit a four year high to 3.8m over the coronavirus lockdown, a total of 282,891 registered as jobless in April.

When the state of emergency was declared in March over 300,000 citizens lost their jobs.
