Budget airline Ryanair has launched their first “buy one, get one free” offer for the first time in the airlines 35-year history.
Customers who book a flight before midnight on Thursday with trave up to 14 December on selected routes only will be given a second ticket for free.
The demand for future bookings are “terrible,” said Ryanair’s chief executive Michael O’Leary.

O’Leary told Sky News, “Into November and December our forward bookings are running at around 10%, that’s about a quarter of where they would normally be at this time of the year.
“We can’t rule out job losses but in Ryanair we’re certainly desperately working with our people to prevent them.”
