BBC Apprentice Winner, Mark Wright, has postponed disruptive business conference, CLIMBCON, due to continued concerns surrounding the coronavirus pandemic.

Launched in summer 2019, CLIMBCON is the UK’s fastest growing business summit that aims to help entrepreneurs grow and develop their business at scale, where previous headline speakers have included Piers Morgan and Lord Sugar.

Due to be held at the Sofitel Hotel, Heathrow in June 2020, CLIMBCON has now been postponed to 4th June 2021 and will welcome a line-up of world-class, reputable business speakers.

Delegates who have already purchased tickets for the 2020 event will automatically have a seat for 4th June 2021.

Mark Wright confirmed, “The coronavirus pandemic has seriously impacted businesses across the globe, with the UK economy reaching its lowest point since the 1980s. As we continue to move through these ‘unprecedented’ times, it is important to adhere to Government guidelines and as a result we took the decision to postpone CLIMBCON until June 2021.

Business conferences and events will be more important than ever to help and guide entrepreneurs as they rebuild revenue once restrictions have been lifted. In the meantime, we are creating valuable resources, including an educational webinar, to provide our CLIMBCON community with much-needed support during this challenging time and welcome any business leaders looking for guidance to reach out directly.”

With space for 1,000 delegates, CLIMBCON 2021 promises to be its biggest conference to date, offering interactive masterclasses, intimate Q&A sessions and opportunities for attendees to expand their business network.

Keynote talks will cover exact strategies to grow your business at scale, including first-hand accounts and exclusive insights to help delegates overcome business challenges.

Wright added, “Although we are incredibly sad to have postponed CLIMBCON 2020, we as a team are working very hard to ensure the 2021 event will be THE business conference of the year. Our speakers don’t sell, they only deliver value and we are all united in the same vision to ensure every single one of our attendees walks away inspired and motivated to achieve more.”

Founder of leading digital marketing agency, Climb Online, Wright is one of the most successful winners of the popular BBC series to date.
