Parts of Soho evacuated after electrical sub-station explodes

Parts of Soho have been evacuated after an explosion in an electrical sub-station outside Comedy Store and TGI Friday’s on Oxendon Street.

There were no injuries but firefighters could see smoke bellowing from the sub-station.

Some roads in the vicinity have been cordoned off.
