World leaders are ‘shocked’ over ‘Bucha massacre’ and the EU are assisting for ‘evidence for pursuit in international courts’

World leaders are in shock of the horrific war crimes that Vladimir Putin’s troops are committing and they have promised they will continue to support the Ukraine.

EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrell said on Sunday that he is “shocked” over the news of “mass graves” with “half burned bodies” and civilians being “executed” and left scattered in streets.

“I congratulate Ukraine on liberation of most of Kyiv region. Shocked by news of atrocities committed by Russian forces,” Borrell said in a tweet on Sunday.

Borrell said that the European Union is helping the Ukraine to document the war crimes and all cases must be considered, particularly, by the International Court of Justice (ICC).

The President of the European Council, Charles Michel added that he was shocked by the atrocities Russian forces have committed in Kyiv region, which he called the “Bucha massacre.”

“EU is assisting Ukraine & NGO’s in gathering of necessary evidence for pursuit in international courts. Further EU sanctions & support are on their way,” Michel added.
