Watch: One of the world’s most feared snipers leaves Ukraine and warned the war turned out to be a ‘disappointment’ for many

The Canadian veteran who has been dubbed one of the world’s most deadliest snipers has now returned back home after fighting in Ukraine.

The sniper known as “Wali” answered the Ukrainian’s President Volodymyr Zelensky’s request for foreign fighters to join up and fight against the Russians.

Wali warned that the war in Ukraine had been a “terrible disappointment” for many volunteer fighters. Wali is a veteran of the Afghanistan war and Iraqi wars and returned back to his wife and child in Quebec after he nearly lost his live “several times” in Ukraine.
