Clapham Junction has been named the worst train station in London with more than half of all trains running late or being cancelled so far this year, according to a study by Which.
King’s Cross was the second worst offender , where 45 per cent of services were delayed, followed by London Victoria’s 44 per cent and Stratford’s 41 per cent.
The study revealed that South Western, with 60 per cent of trains late or cancelled, and Southern, 58 per cent, were among the worst rail operators using the south London station.
“Passengers have told us reliability is hugely important to them. People have been left deeply frustrated at the unacceptably high levels of delays and cancellations which impact on their everyday lives,” Which? managing director Alex Hayman said.
