Shadow business secretary Chuka Umunna takes a breather from “trash” West End haunts to holiday at his six-bedroom villa overlooking San Antonio Bay, the Sun has reported.
The pad has a tree-lined pool and is bang opposite a party resort which sees a lot of famous faces including Leo DiCaprio.
The news comes after Umunna’s comments on elite social network ASmallWorld that London’s West End haunts are “full of trash and C-list wannabes”.
Speaking about Umunna, a neighbour said, “He is discreet and doesn’t make a big play of his politics. But we know when he’s about because we hear his music late into the evenings.”
Yesterday it also emerged that Chuka Umunna’s “UK Barack Obama” Wikipedia label added from his work computer.
