Government set to relax quarantine rules for some countries

The British government are planning to relax the 14-day quarantine law with some countries from July and are in talks with their counterparts.

Government officials are in discussions with Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece, and are hoping to make an announcement on 29 June as “travel corridors have been secured.

The 14-day quarantine will remain in place from those who travel to the UK outside of the travel corridors.
