Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab has just resigned over Theresa May’s Brexit deal. The resignation comes after May’s divided Cabinet agreed to the deal last night after a five-hour summit.

Theresa May, whose leadership could face a challenge today, will be addressing MPs from 10.30pm today.
