Digitalbox which owns the website Entertainment Daily is planning to float on AIM (by way of a reverse takeover of a shell Polemos plc).
Entertainment Daily generates revenue from the programmatic sale of advertising in and around the content it publishes. It gets around 2.2m unique users per month with 13 million monthly sessions.
The plan is to use the money raised (between £2m and £4m) to buy up other sites and add them to the technology platform to create greater scale. It has identified a pipeline of acquisition opportunities. Admission is expected on or around 20 February.
