Supermarkets start to lift restrictions on some fresh fruit and vegetables

Lidl has confirmed that they have started to drop restrictions on some fruit and vegetables as supply chain woes start to ease.

The discounted grocer said restrictions will be lifted by Monday as they have been closely reviewing the situation.

Asda has confirmed they are keeping restriction on tomatoes and peppers, but have removed restrictions on salad bags, lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower and raspberries.
