Sir Keir Starmer tests positive for Covid and is forced to pull out of PMQs

Prime Ministers Questions session today was thrown into chaos as the Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer was forced to pull out at the last minute as he tested positive for Covid.

This is now the fifth time the Labour leader has been forced to self-isolate and the former leader Ed Milliband is standing in, whilst the Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves will respond on questions for the Autumn Budget.
