The pharmaceutical giant who makes Viagra, Pfizer are buying Mylan in an all stock deal which will combine the $10bn pharma company with their own patent brands and generic business.
US pharma company who are based in Pittsburgh are best known for making the EpiPen used for allergic reactions that can be life threatening.
Mylan shareholders will own 43% and Pfizer shareholders will own 57% of the new combined pharmaceutical company.
The deal is expected to be finalised in the middle of 2020.
