With increases in the cost of living being felt by many, this summer Deliveroo is putting aside over £20 million to fund its biggest ever summer of savings.

Deliveroo customers will be able to access four new offers that will provide discounts on restaurant orders and grocery items.

The summer of savings includes a range of offers such as, the biggest ever summer campaign Deliveroo has ever conducted, the ‘Summer Saver’ launching in mid-July. Over four million customers will be able to unlock up to £22 off their favourite restaurant or grocer of choice. Brits spending over £25 on any order will unlock £5 off their next order,  £7 off the next, and then a £10 off their third order.

Deliveroo has recently launched a series of local offers across multiple regions in the UK where customers will be able to save up to £100 off the best local chains and independent restaurants in their area. This is live in some parts of the UKI and the discount per order will be between £5 and £10.

Alongside delivering big discounts on takeaways and boosting local restaurants, next week Deliveroo will also be introducing a new offer where customers can get £40 off over their next 4 grocery orders. This is in addition to the existing price-matching campaign where Deliveroo has partnered with grocery retailers such as Morrisons, Co-op and Asda to price-match over 550 of customers’ most popular grocery items and everyday staples such as milk, bread, cucumber, bananas, pasta, broccoli and toilet rolls.

Deliveroo’s savings activity over the summer will also help restaurants reach new customers as they continue to face rising costs. Continuing the 20% off ‘Tasty Thursdays’ value campaign, customers will see the most-loved local restaurants in cities and towns across the country promoted on Deliveroo.  Some of the most popular restaurants that will benefit from the ‘Tasty Thursdays’ offer will include Pret, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Joe & the Juice, Zizzi’s and more.

Will Shu, founder and Chief Executive, Deliveroo said, “We want to do our bit for consumers hit by cost of living increases. Our summer of savings will make it easier for Deliveroo customers to enjoy their favourite takeaways, local restaurants and get real value on their weekly grocery shop.

“As we launch our  largest ever savings campaign, we want to reach as many people as we can and make Brits’ money go further.”

Deliveroo is passionate about ensuring our customers truly reap the benefits of these great savings and the company is working closely with its partners to guarantee that all discounts and offers are genuine and reliable.
