Westminster bridge was blocked this morning by groups protesting George Osborne’s budget.
A 20m banner was also dropped nearby, which reads “Balls2theBudget”.
It is understood that many of the protestors are disabled activists angry at cuts to the welfare budget.
Some are reportedly throwing inflatable balls at Downing Street.
