Disabled activists block roads around Parliament

Westminster bridge was blocked this morning by groups protesting George Osborneโs budget.
A 20m banner was also dropped nearby, which reads โBalls2theBudgetโ.
It is understood that many of the protestors are disabled activists angry at cuts to the welfare budget.
Some are reportedly throwing inflatable balls at Downing Street.
