Erol Incedal, a 26-year-old man from London is on trial after he was found with a document called Bomb Making on a memory card. His black Mercedes was stopped on 30 November 2013 and on investigation, a document with Blair’s address written on it was found.
Prosecutor Richard Whittam QC said: “Count 1 does not suggest that Erol Incedal had settled on a specific target or a particular methodology, but in the context of the case as a whole and the evidence that I am going to come to, you may think that this address does have some significance.”
Incedal denies the charge.
The news comes as the counter-terror police arrested three men, aged 21, 24 and 25, in central London yesterday as part of an investigation into a suspected Islamic State-linked terror plot in London.
