Extinction Rebellion have been branded “selfish bast**ds’ and  “morons” after a cancer patient was forced to walk to hospital to receive life saving treatment  as protesters blocked roads.

Thousands of protesters are causing misery across Westminster blocking roads forcing Adeline Adjei to abandon her car forcing her to walk to hospital.

She said on Twitter, “As you shut down main roads leading London hospitals, I walked 20mins with someone who has CANCER so they could get to hospital for a procedure, as the car couldn’t get through.

“20mins might not sound long but when u have CANCER IT IS! Thanks Extinction Rebellion!”

A NHS worker took to Twitter and said, “So these morons are now blocking Westminster Bridge AND Lambeth Bridge.

“This protest is effectively risking lives.

“Are ambulances supposed to divert to get patients to hospital; adding unnecessary time onto journeys?Peaceful protest? Yeah, right #ExtinctionRebellion.”

Another wrote on Twitter, “They are a load of selfish bast**ds.”
