Sunday’s taxi explosion on Sunday has been declared a terrorist incident by police on Monday morning.
Detectives have said they have now arrested a fourth person over the blast outside a women’s hospital which killed the passenger.
Police said that eight families have been evacuated and that “significant items” were found as two addresses are being searched by counter terror police.
Police have also said that the motivation for this attack remains unclear at the moment.
Three men aged 29, 26, and 21 are being held under the Terrorism Act and will be questioned later today along with another man aged 20 who was also arrested.
