Ukraine develops ‘invisibility cloaks’ which ‘blocks heat radiation’ making ‘fighters invisible’

Ukraine has developed “invisibility cloaks” providing “super protection” and was created from Russian thermal imagers and drones using thermal imaging cameras.

Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov said that the invisibility cloak “makes fighters invisible.”

Fedorov said, “Ukrainian invisibility cloak for the Defense Forces – victory technologies from Brave 1.

“Ukrainians have created super protection against Russian thermal imagers and drones with thermal imaging cameras. The cloak blocks heat radiation and makes fighters invisible to the enemy.

“For example, our snipers who carry out combat missions.”

The development is compact and lightweight which weighs up to 2.5 kg and provides high protection from rain and wet snow. The raincoat does not burn and protects fighters from high temperatures.

Fedorov added, “The video shows a finished sample that has been successfully tested in the field.

“The invisibility cloak is just one of the developments that will help save the lives of our military at the front. Even more is needed.
