Asos founder Nick Robertson who is a non executive director, has pocketed £15.3m in a share sale from the online retailer.
The former chief executive of Asos offloaded 410,00 of his shares at 3,722.5p each, according to a stock exchange filing and he still holds a 5.5% 4.6m shares.
In December the online retailer issued a profit warning due to slower sales, since then there has been a recovery but sales are down 38% the last 12 months.
In 2001 the company floated on the junior market with their shares back then worth 20p, now Asos is valued at over £3bn.
Robertson stepped from chief executive in 2015 but remained a non executive director, and Nick Beighton took over his position.
