Tandem is a bank built on data, using AI to unearth insights and help people manage their money. The AI is used to truly understand each customer, offer real-world solutions and remove tedious admin from the everyday money management. These personalised insights are utilised across the Tandem app features, such as Autosavings, and will be an important aspect in the unique analysis used in Tandem’s upcoming mortgage offering.
Noam Zeigerson, Chief Data Officer at Tandem Bank, says, “I am truly looking forward to working with Tandem, a next-generation digital bank that is built on data and driven by AI to revolutionise the banking experience for its customers. AI has the power to transform personal banking, and Tandem is at the forefront of understanding its value. There is no one-size-fits-all in banking – every day we are training AI, harnessing the power across app features to give each user an experience that is tailored to their needs.”
