Just four months after TSB was hit by a major IT glitch, customers are again experiencing disruption and are left unable to log into their online bank accounts today.
TSB has apologised on Twitter for the “intermittent issues with internet banking and the mobile app”.
We’re aware that some customers are having issues this morning using Internet Banking, the mobile app and telephone self service. We are currently working to fix this issue. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

A TSB spokesperson further told Financial Times: “I would expect it to be in the thousands” and that the problem was “currently being investigated”.
The first issues were flagged yesterday but the bank said this problem was resolved by 10pm yesterday.
Hi, I eventually managed to get into my account early this morning. Thankfully I had a balance of £70 remaining after all my bills had come out. This is becoming incredibly frustrating though that this keeps happening. What is being done to prevent it?
