Woah!

Britain is experiencing a heatwave and has seen the longest hot weather spell since 1996, where temperatures reach 30c for five consecutive days.

The Met Office has issued an amber warning to the UK which is just one level behind them announcing a national emergency.

The mercury hit 32.5c at Hampton Water Works on Monday and peak temperatures are expected to be as high as 33c this week.

However, we are told the mercury will fall by Friday as temperatures will be nearer to 21c across the capital on Friday so, still warm.
