IMServ appoints CFO

IMServ, UK’s leading Meter Operator (MOP) and Data Collector (DC). announces the appointment of Raj Bhogaita as their new permanent Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bhogaita will lead all the finance and corporate service functions and report directly to Steve Brown, CEO of IMServ.

Bhogaita brings over 30 years of relevant financial experience gained across various roles, including CFO and strategic finance roles, with listed and private equity-backed company experience. Most recently, he served as CFO of Red Helix (a PE-backed cyber-security company).

Bhogaita is an accomplished, ambitious, and growth-focused financial leader with extensive international experience gained within blue-chip, globally listed organisations. This experience has been leveraged to professionalise and drive success for various companies. He joins IMServ at a pivotal moment as the firm has ambitious growth plans for 2023.

Steve Brown, CEO of IMServ, commented on the appointment, “Raj is a highly accomplished financial leader with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability at scale. His financial acumen and hands-on operational experience will be invaluable as we move into the next phase of IMServ’s growth. Bhogaita holds a degree in Business and Finance from the University of Westminster and a course certificate from London Business School. He commenced his new role at IMServ on 1st February 2023.
