Entering the pandemic as one single organisation, the Wahooti group now serves clients under three organisations: Wahooti for large format print, We Love Merchandise for all product branding and now Balloons Galore for all balloon printing. The group has strengthened its position within the industry and grown via acquisition.

All three businesses are fulfilling client demand, continually offering end to end print delivery. Wahooti’s print projects have remained in-house, which has been especially crucial to ensure “deadlines are met, quality is assured, and all projects are precision finished.”

Phil Williams has joined the Wahooti team as group Managing Director to drive the companies’ growth. Shortly before, Wahooti Holdings LTD acquired Balloons Galore in December 2020, the third brand to be taken in-house.

Phil commented;

“I am pleased to join the group at such an exciting and important time. With immense challenges and change among us, Wahooti’s passion for print remains the same. The acquisition of Balloons Galore will not only enhance our print offering but also offer a wider service to existing Balloons Galore customers.”

With their new website launching this year, Balloons Galore will continue to offer consumers personalised balloons for all celebrations, including birthdays and weddings. They will also still provide their favourite ‘balloon in a box’ service at balloonsgalore.co.uk

As the only balloon company to offer full-colour printing on coloured foil balloons, Balloons Galore are also set to open a physical store within the year. They can provide a unique on-site balloon printing service to help further expand the popular online audience they currently cater for.

With the event industry soon to be alive again, Wahooti Group are ready to bring clients’ brands to life via large format, product printing and balloon printing. Wahooti continues to look for avenues to strengthen and grow the business through acquisitions in 2021.
