The latest on Manchester’s terror attack
Police have evacuated a road for the second time since last Thursday and the bomb squad were called to the scene.
It has been reported that Greater Manchester Police are searching a house on Springfield street, Manchester.
Local residents are describing the scene as it unfolds.

The evacuation started as a man was arrested for carrying a suspicious package.

Greater Manchester Police said, Tuesday: “We are currently searching a property in Springfield Street in Wigan in relation to last Monday’s attack on Manchester Arena. There is a cordon in place and we are asking people to avoid the area.”
