The customers of Royal Bank of Scotland’s NatWest brand have been complaining about how they were unable to make debit card payments, with their cards being repeatedly declined.
The bank is now working to fix the issue.

Anyone else having problems with @NatWest_Help cards? Both mine and Mum cards were working an hour ago and now both being declined. Going off to local bank now to check but we definitely have money as pay day wasn’t long ago!
