Snow has fallen across the UK and more is on the way, the Met Office has said the weekend will be “cold with outbreaks of rain, sleet, hill snow and even snow to low levels at times over the weekend.

The Met Office said tonight will be cold and there could be a severe frost causing potential havoc for the morning rush hour.
