Ukraine launches ‘one of its longest major attacks’ on Russia

Overnight Ukraine’s military have carried out several attacks, two on Russian oil plants, one in the Krasnodar region and an oil terminal at the port of Novorossiysk on the Black Sea.

Also, a Russian A.60 reconnaissance plane was also hit in the drone strike on the Beriev military site.

Krasnodar governor Veniamin Kondratyev said the region was subjected to “one of the longest major attacks” by Ukraine with three killed and 16 injured.

Kondratyev said, “Overnight, the Krasnodar region was subjected to one of the longest major attacks by the Kyiv regime,” adding that an apartment in the Tuapse was damaged.

The Russian defence ministry said that around 249 Ukrainian drones were downed over Russia last night.

the Alpha Special Operations Center of the State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), with the Security and Defense Forces claimed responsibility for the successful attacks on Russia.

SBU told Interfax-Ukraine, “Hits were recorded on the infrastructure of the oil terminal (oil tankers and manifolds) and on the positions of the S-300/S-400 air defense systems.

“According to preliminary data, a large landing ship of project 1171, which was located near the berth of the naval base, was also damaged.”

The SBU carried out the operation jointly with military intelligence (GUR), the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

An SBU source told Interfax-Ukraine, “The SBU continues to methodically reduce Russia’s petrodollar revenues, with which it finances the war against Ukraine, as well as to weaken the enemy’s air defense systems that protect key military and infrastructure facilities of the enemy.”

Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), using the Bars jet UAVs and Neptun cruise missiles of Ukrainian production struck a Beriev TANTK aircraft repair site and also the Molniya UAV production plant in Taganrog (Rostov region, Russian Federation) on Tuesday, the General Staff of the AFU said.

The General Staff wrote on Telegram on Tuesday, “As part of reducing the military-economic and offensive potential of the Russian aggressor, on the night of November 25, units of the Missile Forces and artillery in cooperation with the Special Operations Forces, the Coastal Missile Forces of the Navy and the Unmanned Systems Forces using the Bars jet UAVs and Neptune cruise missiles successfully struck several strategic objects of the Russian aggressor.”
