Customers of NatWest took to Twitter yesterday to highlight the card woes and how they were unable to make debit card payments, with their cards being repeatedly declined.
However, complaints are still being made on twitter and it seems that the bank has not yet fully resolved the glitch yet.

@NatWest card been declined, on hold for an hour to your customer service and no one is answering, need access to money!! Understand you have a problem which is supposed to be resolved now??
