The Russian ambassador to the UK Andrei Kelin has said that UK is “directly involved” in the war in Ukraine after authorizing Kyiv to use the British made and supplied long-range Storm Shadow cruise missiles.
The Russian ambassador was asked will the UK be dragged into war with Russia over the use of Storm Shadow missiles being used inside Russia.
Kelin told Sky News Mark Austin, “Absolutely, Britain and UK is now directly involved in this war, because this firing cannot happen without NATO staff, British staff as well.”
Vladimir Putin could launch “both conventional and nuclear warheads” in London as he has “moved into action.”
Dmitry Kiselyov who is a close ally of Putin warned in September that should Sir Keir Starmer allow the use of the Storm Shadow cruise missiles then the “UK could face a nuclear response.”

Kiselyov who is Putin’s most senior mouthpiece for the media group Rossiya Segodnya sent Downing Street a warning that the UK has “no missile defence system.”
Kiselyov said, “London would do well to remember that the British Isles have no missile defence system at all.
“And the decision on a nuclear response will be made by one man, Putin.
“He has already been provoked so much by the West that at some point the Russian leader may get fed up.”
He further warned that should Downing Street give Ukraine the green light to use the deadly Storm Shadows inside Russia, this “will not be possible to ignore.”
Kiselyov continued, “Britain itself will also become a legitimate target for our hypersonic Dagger [Kinzhal missiles] if its [Storm Shadows] are launched deep into Russia.
“Daggers can be armed with both conventional and nuclear warheads.
He added, “Putin has moved into action. And now it will not be possible to ignore the Kremlin.”
