The 62-year-old is priced at 2/1 to be the next major party leader to depart, putting him narrowly ahead of Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey in the betting.

The odds imply a 33 per cent probability of Farage exiting next, underlining the uncertainty surrounding his position after a turbulent period for Reform.

Farage’s position remains central to the party’s rapid rise in British politics, but the latest market indicates that bookmakers see his leadership as more vulnerable than that of several established rivals.

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch is fourth in the market at 9/2, implying an 18 per cent probability of her departure.

The betting provides no certainty that any leader will actually leave soon, but it offers a snapshot of political expectations at a volatile moment for Westminster.

“Zack Polanski has an implied 27% chance of being the next leader to depart, while Kemi Badenoch is at 9/2. Unsurprisingly, new PM Andy Burnham is the biggest price at 7/1.”
