Starling Bank has topped the Which? customer satisfaction table for current account customers and received a recommended provider (WRP) status for the second year in a row.

Starling scored an overall customer score of 88% and a product score of 73%, as well as scoring full marks for its customer service.

Each year, Which? surveys thousands of current account customers and asks them to rate the service they receive. This year’s results show more challenger banks occupying the top spots than ever before.

Commenting on the survey, Starling’s Founder and CEO Anne Boden said, “Starling was built around putting the customer first, so it’s great to receive this recognition from Which? and the general public for our current account and customer service.

“Our customer service team works tirelessly to make sure Starling account holders are looked after and get the help they deserve from their bank. As we continue to grow our offer, responding to our customers’ needs will always come first. ”
