A third suspect has reportedly been identified in the Novichok poisonings of former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury, the Telegraph newspaper has reported.
Sergei Skripal, a former Russian spy, and his daughter was found unconscious on a public bench in Salisbury on March 4.
Investigators believe this third Russian military intelligence officer, suspected to be Colonel Anatoliy Chepiga, visited the city on a reconnaissance mission prior to the March attack.
The spotter would have travelled alone to assess the location before Ruslan Boshirov and Alexander Petrov brought toxic nerve agent Novichok into the UK in a perfume bottle.
