‘Shock among the FSB’ as they and Russian troops surrender to Ukraine in the Russian region, Kursk

In a surprise invasion by Ukrainian forces inside the Russian Federation “dozens of Russian servicemen” including “Federal Security members” surrendered.

Many Russian’s surrendered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces with their hands behind their heads waving a white flag in the Kursk region.

Nine of Vladimir Putin’s security service gave themselves up also waving a white flag with their hands held high.

Vladimir Osechkin, founder of Gulagu.net, said, “Dozens of Russian servicemen, including a whole number of FSB staff have surrendered to Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“There is shock among the Federal Security Service members, because it is one thing when the war is somewhere far away, and another when your FSB colleagues are captured and forced to lie face down, and taken away to become a part of an exchange fund.

I even saw how several members of FSB wrote: ‘Don’t call these men FSB, they are only border guards’.”

The Russian Defence Ministry said they had lost 280 personnel win a 24-hour period, but insisted they are “continuing to repel” Ukrainian troops.

It has been reported that Putin is “seething” over Ukraine’s invasion of Russia as dozens of settlements (villages) have been captured and fierce battles are underway in the Kursk region.

Speaking to Russian media outlet Politika.Kozlov a Kremlin official said Kyiv’s invasion of the Kursk Oblast region as “made Putin nervous” which has been seen as a “slap in the face.”

“This is a slap in the face for the president. We have been unable to push the enemy back,” the Kremlin official added.

“A danger to the population has been created in Russia’s regions. European gas has gone up in price. This is not how a country confident of its victory behaves.”
