Lloyds Bank has apologised after their online services went down, customers were locked out of their accounts on Monday.
The high street banking giant said services for Bank of Scotland and Halifax were not affected, the bank did not say how many of their customers were affected.
Customers who are trying to access their online accounts via tablet apps, and desktops are only affected.
A Lloyds spokeswoman said: “We are currently aware that some customers may be experiencing intermittent issues when trying to access their online banking service this morning.
“We are working to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency, and we are sorry for any inconvenience for our customers.”
A Twitter user posted this tweet Monday morning:
