The Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) has said he believes “the ideology of the Russian world is the same as Nazism.”

Metropolitan Epiphanius warned that the Russian ideology “justifies violence, murder, war and genocide” and it must be condemned and rejected.

Epifanius wrote on Twitter, “The ideology of the ‘Russian world’ is the same as the ideology of Nazism.

“It justifies violence, murder, war and genocide, therefore it must be rejected and condemned in the same way that Nazism, its ideologists and its crimes are condemned.”

Epiphanius warned the creators of this criminal ideology are the head of the Moscow Patriarchate, Kyrylo Hundiaev, and his henchmen.

“Together with his subordinates, he not only kindled this fire in every possible way, but also openly, on behalf of God and the Church, with lying lips blessed the executioners and murderers for their dirty work,” he added.
