Schools in Northern Ireland close for two-weeks

As part of new restrictions aimed at curbing the virus schools are now closed in Northern Ireland for two-weeks, which will be reviewed on 2 November.

Restaurants and cafes are now only allowed to offer takeaway and delivery services for four weeks, whilst tight restrictions have also been placed on hotels, beauty sector and indoor sport.
