Britons love websites of goods retailer AO and loathe EE’s online offering, according to a Which? Survey.
EE has come come last on Which?’s list of Britain’s best online shops for not having enough information on its website to help customers.
To compile the list, Which? asked 10,505 people in July 2015 about their experiences of shopping online over the previous six months. Customer scores are based on overall satisfaction and how likely people are to recommend the company to a friend.
